On Thursday, June 8th, the Bucharest Municipality Museum – the Suțu Palace (University Square), hosted an hour-long performance reading from “The Costume Doesn’t Even Matter” by Sylvia Plath.
The workshop was developed for children aged 9 to 14 years old, but also for adults passionate about storytelling. The reading was performed by actress Adriana Moca and special guest Andrei Dobrin, a 6th grade student at General School No. 80 in Bucharest. The book of stories “The Costume Doesn’t Even Matter” was published by Pandora M, in the lovely translation of poet Florin Bican, who will also join the event.
The event opened a series of public readings initiated by Vis-à-vis Cultural Association, through a program co-financed by AFCN and dedicated to the written word – Scheherazade’s Audio Library.
